Our captain

Óscar Santos, over 30 years fishing the Mediterranean

Óscar has fished in Miami, Senegal, Mauritius, the Canary Islands, Mexico and the Bahamas. In 1996 he founded Luna Pesca in Puerto Banus and has taken out families, groups of friends and seasoned anglers every season since.

Today he skippers two Rodman boats rigged for sport fishing, with Shimano, Penn and Cormoran gear.

Where can I hire a boat in Marbella?

We depart from Puerto Banus (Pontoon 4, berth 250), running private fishing charters and boat trips all year round on the Costa del Sol.

How much does boat hire in Marbella cost?

From 475€ + VAT for 2 hours with the whole boat, skipper, fuel and drinks included. Trolling and big game trips start at 800€ + VAT for 4 hours.

Can I hire a boat in Marbella without a licence?

Yes. Every trip comes with a professional skipper, so no boating licence is needed.

What is included?

Skipper, fuel, insurance, fishing licences, rods, bait and drinks (water, soft drinks and beer). Bring your own food or ask us for snacks at an extra cost.

How do I book?

On each trip page pick the date on the calendar and send your request. Once the captain confirms, you get an email with a link to pay the deposit via Redsys. You can also book by phone or WhatsApp on +34 670 611 427.

What if the weather is bad?

If the sea does not allow us to go out, or there is an issue beyond your control, we refund the deposit in full or move your date.
