BOOKING CONDITIONS
To make a reservation, we require a deposit of at least 25% of the total price, with the remaining amount to be paid before heading out to sea. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and electronic payments (Virtual POS).
CANCELLATIONS:
Weather-related reasons: Storms with high waves, strong winds, storms, fog that prevents navigation, rain, etc. In such cases, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
Technical reasons: Engine failures, vessel electronics issues. We will attempt to replace the vessel with one of the same or superior characteristics (subject to availability). If such a replacement cannot be made, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
Customer’s decision: Total loss of the deposit.
DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), and other applicable regulations, through this Privacy Policy, the company (hereinafter “The Company”) informs users (hereinafter “Users”) of its website (hereinafter “Website”) about its policy on protecting personal data (hereinafter “Personal Data”) collected from Users of the Website. This is so that Users can freely and voluntarily decide whether they wish to provide the Personal Data that may be requested or obtained in connection with their access to and use of the Website.

Reservation information
When Users reserve a service with The Company, they must at least provide their full name, phone number, and email address. The Company uses this information to process the reservation and to contact the User in the event of any issue with the reservation or if it is not possible to send an electronic confirmation of the reservation request. Under no circumstances should Users provide their credit card details until they have been redirected to the secure server responsible for processing payment (for example, a Virtual POS system).
Transaction history
The Company will keep a record of all transactions carried out with Users solely in relation to reservations.
What does The Company do with the data?
Users’ Personal Data is included in an automated Personal Data file created by The Company and under its responsibility, for the purpose of maintaining and managing the contractual relationship with the User, as well as for providing information and marketing related to its boat rental service.
Additionally, The Company may use the email addresses collected from Users to send commercial communications via email or equivalent means to those Users who authorize such contact when filling out the forms on the Website. Users may revoke their consent to receive commercial communications by email or similar means at any time.
How do we protect the data?
The Company undertakes to fulfill its obligation of maintaining the confidentiality of Users’ Personal Data and its duty to safeguard such data. It will adopt the measures required by applicable legislation to prevent alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or unauthorized access, always taking into account the state of technology (for instance, through the use of SSL security protocols).
Privacy Policy
If The Company modifies this Privacy Policy, a notice will be posted on the Website so Users are informed of any changes related to the type of data collected, the purposes of its processing, and/or transfers to third parties. Under no circumstances will any changes to this Privacy Policy, by themselves, affect the choices that Users have previously made regarding how The Company may use their Personal Data. If at any time The Company decides to use Users’ Personal Data in a different manner than stated at the time it was collected, it will notify Users by email, requesting their consent.
